The HR/IR Practitioners play a critical role in recognizing and dealing with constructive dismissal claims by employees. There are employees who claim constructive dismissal based on issues which may not be based on breach of contract. This programme will address these issues so that they will be well versed in knowing what amounts to constructive dismissal and what does not.
