Participants are required to submit an assignment (2,500 words / 10 pages)
50% of competency assessment
Examination
Participants are required to prepare & sit for a comprehensive examination on all five (5) modules to display level of understanding on each module

Entry Requirements

To qualify for the program, candidates must meet one of the following criteria:
• Completion of secondary education, with Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM), or Sijil Vokasional Malaysia (SVM), or Malaysian Certificate of Education (MCE) or other equivalent qualifications; or
• Minimum 1 – 2 years relevant working experience; and
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English

Certification & Exemptions

The certificate will be awarded by MEF Academy to participants upon successful completion of the course. This program is the pathway to the Diploma in Industrial Relations, in collaboration with the International Labour Organization (ILO).
