Programme Details

'New Normal' is a term in business and economics that refers to new business condition following the COVID-19 pandemic. The new normal is the future of work which involves the shift of mindset focusing on collaboration, adaptation and self-motivation. This team building program emphasizes experiential learning rather than traditional lectures and is guided by a senior instructor to allow participants to learn through game play and hands-on activities. It was designed with the purpose of equipping employees with the mindset and skillset to embrace the new working culture.
