The Diploma in Industrial Relations course is a comprehensive program offered by Malaysian Employers Federation Academy in collaboration with the renowned International Labor Organization (ILO). This course provides a sound foundation in theory, principles and practice for all those whose careers require knowledge and skills in industrial and employment relations. It will enable participants to apply multidisciplinary knowledge to decision-making in the field of industrial and employment relations. Assessment

Assignments - 20% of Competency

Participants are Required to Research and Develop 2 Assignments to Display Level of Understanding on Specific Modules.

Examination - 40% of Competency Assessment

Participants are required to prepare and sit for a comprehensive examination to display level of understanding on the modules.

IR Project Paper - 40% of Competency Assessment

Participants are required to research, develop and dissert the IR Project paper topics assigned.

Entry Requirements

Minimum SPM/SPVM or Certificate in IR/HRM with 2 years working experience in related field(s) and competency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.

Certification & Exemptions

Upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive:

Professional diploma in Industrial Relations awarded by MEF Academy in collaboration with the International Labor Organization (ILO)
Certified Industrial Relations Practitioner awarded by SPEED, Asia e University, recognizing professional expertise in industrial practices. This dual certification offers participants a robust qualification that is widely recognized in the field of Industrial Relations and Labor Law
