Entry Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a related field with a minimum CGPA of 3.000


  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification with a CGPA between 2.750 – 2.999 and at least 1 year of work experience in a related field


  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification with a CGPA between 2.500 – 2.749 and at least 2 years of work experience  in a related field


  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification with a CGPA below 2.500 and at least 5 years of work experience in a related field


  • Candidates with professional qualifications equivalent to a bachelor’s degree and at least three (3) years of experience in a related field


  • Candidates without qualifications in a related field, including fields recognized by the university or those with work experience in a related field, must undertake the prerequisite course MGM 4000: Introduction to Business Management as determined by the faculty to meet the minimum CGPA requirements as outlined as above.


  • Passed Level 7 of Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL.A) from Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).

  1. Master in Human Resource Management and Organization Certification by UPM 
  2. Certified Professional Leadership in Management by MEF Academy Sdn Bhd 
  3. Certified Professional in Industrial Relations by MEF Academy Sdn Bhd
