MEF Academy Certificate in Human Resources Management (CHRM) is designed to provide practical knowledge and skills for individuals currently employed in the human resources and administration function and who are considering entering the Human Resources field. This Certificate HRM course covers the broad scope of HRM functions, employee administration and management as well as the core Employment legislations in Malaysia, delivered by industry experts and speakers.

Examination	Online Examination (4 Hours)

Assessment

ASSESSMENT
Research & Project Paper Assignments Participants are required to submit an assignment (2,500 words / 10 pages)	50% of competency assessment
Examination Participants are required to prepare & sit for a comprehensive examination on all five (5) modules to display level of understanding on each module	50% of competency assessment

Entry Requirements

To qualify for the program, candidates must meet one of the following criteria:

• Completion of secondary education, with Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM), or Sijil Vokasional Malaysia (SVM), or Malaysian Certificate of Education (MCE) or other equivalent qualifications; or

• Minimum 1 – 2 years relevant working experience; and

• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English

Certification & Exemptions

The certificate will be awarded by MEF Academy to participants upon successful completion of the course. This program is the pathway to the Diploma in Human Resource Management, in collaboration with the International Labour Organization (ILO).
