This intensive 2-day program equips

skills by combining the STAR method
(Situation, Task, Action, Result) with Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) techniques.
Participants will learn to structure and
conduct behavioral interviews that uncover
candidates’ real competencies, attitudes,
and cultural fit while mastering NLP tools to
enhance communication, build rapport,
and detect subtle cues.
