The objective of this training is to provide
participants with a clear understanding of ISO
standards, with emphasis on the Quality
Management System (ISO 9001). Participants will
learn the purpose and benefits of ISO standards, key principles of quality management, and the
structure and requirements of ISO 9001. The
training aims to develop understanding of process-based thinking, risk-based approach,
documentation and control of processes, roles
and responsibilities, and continual improvement.
By the end of the program, participants will be
able to interpret ISO 9001 clauses correctly,
apply QMS concepts in their workplace, support
effective implementation, and contribute to
compliance, performance improvement, and
customer satisfaction within their organization.
