The main objectives of this beginner Human Resources course are to help participants understand the fundamental functions and responsibilities of the HR department and to familiarize them with key HR terms and concepts. The course also aims to equip participants with the ability to implement effective recruitment and selection processes—from crafting job postings to conducting interviews—as well as to develop skills in designing effective onboarding programs. Additionally, it will expose participants to the latest applications of employment laws and regulations to ensure workplace compliance, including the Sabah Labour Ordinance.
