The objective is to enhance awareness and understanding of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles and their application within the Malaysian hospitality environment. This includes exploring the integration of sustainable, ethical, and compliant practices in industrial relations, as well as providing a platform for sharing best practices in sustainable tourism, hospitality, corporate governance, and employee-employer engagement. Additionally, the aim is to equip HR and business leaders with the necessary tools to implement ESG initiatives that align with both national and international standards.
