By 2025, Millennials and Gen Z will make up over
half of the workforce. These younger
generations care deeply about values – they
want to work for companies that share their
beliefs and make a positive impact. A Pew
Research study shows that more than 70% of
Gen Z job seekers check if a company’s values
match their own before accepting a job. Because
of this, employers need to build real, honest
relationships with their employees. They also
need to understand and respect differences
between people. This can be new and sometimes
difficult for older generations like Baby Boomers
and Gen X, who are used to more traditional,
top-down management styles. Today’s
workplaces are changing. Companies that focus
on relationships, open communication, and
fairness create stronger teams and get the best
out of everyone.
