Regulations like the GDPR and Malaysia’s PDPA 2010 require strong data protection practices, making the Data Protection Officer (DPO) role mandatory for any organization handling personal data. This program equips participants with essential knowledge in compliance and best practices. To qualify as a Certified Data Protection Officer, participants must pass a 50-question exam and will receive certification from the Malaysian Employers Federation Academy.
