This course is designed to develop strong, structured interviewing skills that help interviewers accurately assess candidates based on past behavior and predicted future performance. Using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result), participants learn how to guide candidates to provide clear, relevant, and evidence-based responses. The program also integrates Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques to enhance rapport building, active listening, and the ability to interpret verbal and non-verbal communication during interviews. Through practical examples, guided discussions, and interactive interview simulations, participants gain the confidence to ask deeper follow-up questions, recognize patterns and inconsistencies in responses, and minimize unconscious bias. By the end of the course, participants will be able to conduct fair, consistent, and effective behavioral interviews that support better hiring decisions and stronger organizational outcomes.
