with ready-to-use assets: account
briefs, trade proposals, promo ROI
memos and a pilot plan. By the end of the course, participants
will be able to create RAG-backed
answers and safe prompts for sales
scenarios; use Notebook LM as a
searchable sales knowledge hub for
onboarding and just-in-time answers;
produce a one-page retailer pitch
(including text and a Napkin visual)
along with a promo-recommendation
memo derived from POS data; and
design
a four-week pilot and
governance checklist to support a safe
rollout.
